Hardware Requirements

Minimum:

CPU with 1+ cores
2GB RAM
4 MBit/sec download Internet service

Buy VPS:

In this guide, I recommend Contabo because it was tested and fully functional, if you decide to use another VPS, you can encounter issues with this node.

The following items will be required.

We need a BNB Testnet faucet: Get the faucet from here.

Please claim the faucet from this link if the previous option is not working.

Now we have to bridge BNB to OPBNB
EVM PrivateKey wallet

Let’s set the Node:

Execute the below-automated script.

wget -q https://raw.githubusercontent.com/CryptonodesHindi/Automated_script/refs/heads/main/glacierbot.sh && chmod +x glacierbot.sh && ./glacierbot.sh

It will ask for your Private key to enter and process it. if your PK has 0x in starting, then remove it.

once your docker is created to see it, Use the below command.

docker ps

To check the logs execute the below command.

docker logs -f glacier-verifier

Press CNTRL +C to quit

Own Your Node License

Currently, we will automatically mint the Node License NFT for you on the OpBNB Testnet the first time the verifier node goes online and is registered on the smart contract, eliminating the need for you to request it manually. Please note that the minting process may take several minutes.

The Node License NFT on Testnet is not transferable.

To check the NFT Go to the and Search address wallet: https://testnet.opbnbscan.com/
Once your node deploys successfully, you check the Node status here
Connect your wallet and see your Node status.
