Now let’s order a VPS Storage 1 on Contabo: https://contabo.com/en/

Select Ubuntu 22.04 without panels.

Define a password and keep it safe until the next steps.

Now you can order your VPS. It could take few hours for the VPS to be installed and ready.

Steps to Set Up Your Network3 Node

1. Create a Network 3 account. I will appreciate it if you create one using my referral link below.

2. To keep your node running in the background, create a screen session named “Network3”:

screen -S network3

3. Install Required Applications

I have prepared a script. Just execute the below command:

wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rajeshpalei/rajeshnode/refs/heads/main/network3.sh &&
chmod +x network3.sh &&./network3.sh

4.Navigate to the Application Directory

Move into the directory where the application was extracted:

cd ubuntu-node

5.Start the Network 3 Node Application

Start the node application with the following command:

sudo bash manager.sh up

If everything is set up correctly, you should see a message indicating that the node is running.

6.Retrieve Your Node’s Secret Key

To link your node to your Network 3 account, you’ll need the node’s secret key. Retrieve it using this command:

sudo bash manager.sh key

7. Link the Node to Your Network 3 Account

1. Log in to your Network 3 account via the dashboard.
2. After logging in, enter the following URL in your browser, replacing xx.xx.xx.xx with the IP address of your VPS server:

https://account.network3.ai/main?o=xx.xx.xx.xx:8080

3. You should see Current Node as Connected and a “+” button.

Click on the “+” button to link the corresponding node to your account.

if “+” button is not showing the follow the below step.

Step 1: Open the below link and edit your IP address.
https://account.network3.ai/main?o=98.81.86.87:8080

Step-2: once you open login with your email and password.

Step 3: Close that tab, open a fresh tab, and paste that link. “+” button will be appeared.

The Network3 website will now ask you the Key associated to the node.

Paste the Key in the field then click OK:

8. Manage the Screen Session

To minimize the screen running your verifier node:

Press `Ctrl + A`, then `D`.

To re-enter the screen session:

screen -r network3

Congratulations! Your node has deployed successfully!!
